Can it blend ice?+
Most personal juicer cups handle small ice cubes or crushed ice mixed with liquid — but they're not designed for blending ice alone or making snow-like consistency. Add liquid first, then a few small ice cubes with your fruit. Large ice cubes or frozen fruit blocks may stall the motor. Pre-cut frozen fruits into small pieces for best results.
How long does the battery last?+
Check the product images for exact battery specs. Most USB rechargeable juicer cups give 10–15 blends per full charge — that's roughly 2 weeks of daily use. A full charge takes 2–3 hours via USB. The motor runs for about 30–40 seconds per blend cycle, so each blend uses very little battery.
Can I put hot liquids in it?+
No — the cup is designed for cold and room-temperature liquids only. Hot liquids can create pressure inside the sealed cup, damage the motor or battery, and potentially cause the lid to pop off. Keep everything cold or at room temperature. For warm soups or baby food, let it cool before blending.
Is it hard to clean?+
The easiest blender to clean — add water and a drop of soap, blend for 5 seconds, dump, and rinse. That's it. No disassembling, no scrubbing blade assemblies, no hard-to-reach jar corners. The self-cleaning blend takes care of everything. For a deeper clean, the blade assembly can usually be unscrewed for washing.
What fruits can't it handle?+
It works best with soft fruits — banana, mango, papaya, watermelon, berries, kiwi, orange segments. Hard fruits like raw apple, guava, and raw carrot need to be cut into very small pieces and blended with plenty of liquid. It's not a food processor — don't put in dry ingredients, nuts, or very fibrous vegetables without liquid.
